What counts as a "validated referral"?

A referral is validated when the professional you brought completes their first qualified task on the platform. Sign-ups and clicks alone don't count — we pay for actual delivery.

When and how do I get paid?

Payouts are weekly. Tasks approved Monday through Sunday 23:59 are paid the following week, between Wednesday and Friday, in your local currency.

How is this different from a normal affiliate program?

You're not paid for clicks or signups — you're paid when your referrals validate tasks inside Vetto. The bar is real delivery, not lead volume. That keeps the network high-trust and the payouts meaningful.

Does the tier counter reset?

Yes — your tier counter resets at the start of every month, and so do your tier rates. This keeps the model fresh and rewards consistent performance.

Do I have to hit a referral quota?

No. Share when it fits your week and when there's a real match. We'd rather have 3 strong referrals from you per quarter than 30 weak ones.

Can I refer people from any country?

The program is available globally, with a few exceptions for sanctioned regions. If you're approved, your dashboard will confirm the countries you can source from.

Do I need to be a professional recruiter?
